How we start your support
We work with you to understand your goals and find the right support to help you live more independently and with dignity.

Initial Conversation
We meet with you and, where you choose, your family, nominee or support coordinator to understand your goals and identify the support areas that matter to you.

Service Suitability
During intake, we assess whether our available services are suitable for your goals, support needs, location and circumstances. Brighter Days Community Care does not determine NDIS eligibility or approve NDIS funding.

Plan & Funding
We discuss how requested services align with your existing NDIS plan. We aim for every milestone to translate into a measurable community outcome. We discuss how your funding translates into service arrangements, which must be confirmed before support begins. Not every service is funded under every NDIS plan. Services are subject to intake, suitability, location.
